it is about twins, zach and cody(dylan and cole sprouse) with their mum, karey(dunno lol) who live in the tipton hotel which is run by mr mosby(phil lewis) and the daughter of mr tipton who u never see is london tipton(brenda song) who is friends with the candy counter girl maddie fitzpatrick(ashley tisdale).
